About us

Children’s Ark Day Nursery was established in 2000.  The nursery building was originally the Old Coach House for Papworth Hall and was sympathetically renovated to its current use as a purpose designed children’s day nursery.

The nursery has been designed for a maximum of 39 children.  This allows us to keep a warm and friendly atmosphere for both children and parents alike.

Based in Cambridge, we pride ourselves in giving the best care possible to the children that attend.  Our fundamental aim is that the children are happy and stimulated by the activities and range of resources that are available to them.  We have a wide and varied curriculum and our staff are trained in “Tiny Talk” sign language for babies.

We are members of The National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) and are of course OFSTED registered and inspected.  Please click for a copy of our latest OFSTED report.
